I contacted Daniel based on the advise of a former friend, when we need to arrange finance for our new home we were planning to buy. Our situation was a bit complex, as were three applicants together with different circumstances to acquire the property in "tenant in common" co-ownership, each having different percentage of ownership. Due to individual situations, there had to be two separate financial arrangements for myself and the other two co-owners. Despite this, Daniel helped manage our applications with great professionalism and efficiency. He was very meticulous in his work and kindly answered all sort of questions we threw at him. Eventually our finances have been sorted out and we were able to purchase the property we were after.
